* Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
* Day to day customer service and account management.
* Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
Requirements * Property & Casualty License preferred, but will train the right individual.
* Customer Service experience required.
* A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Strong computer and technical skills, comparative rating/agency management software experience a plus.
