Car wash is open Monday through Sunday from 7am-7pm, and you must have availability to work within those hours up to 40 hours per week.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Job Qualifications:
* Prior management experience preferred but not mandatory.
We'll train the right person if you are willing to learn!
* 1-2 years of retail, sales, maintenance, or customer service experience.
* Must have availability to work shifts between 7am – 7pm, Monday through Sunday.
* Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to handle equipment that averages up to 50lbs.
* Employees must have reliable transportation and pass pre-employment Motor Vehicle background check screening.
Job Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers and build customer relations while ensuring overall safety and quality of car wash experience.
* Learn and understand opening and closing procedures, daily cash/POS duties, handling of customer complaints or payment issues.
* Learn and manage any tunnel issues, customer or employee incidents, and report to General Manager.
Fill in for any position/duty as needed, including Exterior/Tunnel Tech, mud knock off, window dry, etc.
* Window Dry Management - Quality control and customer relations.
* Provide breaks (lunch) to all positions as needed.
Learn and manage the car wash labor/hours worked practices.
* Keep all areas neat, clean, organized, and free of hazards.
