Job Summary:
The Unit Program Manager provides a diverse set of tasks for the unit.
Responsible for ensuring the Commander?s Inspection Programs (e.
g.
MICT and IGEMS) are executed in accordance with applicable AFIs.
Assists the unit with personnel/administrative programs in accordance with applicable AF management directives.
Effective communication skills, time management, and organizational skills required.
Essential Functions:
Provides management, oversight, and continuity of the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT)
Provides management, oversight, and continuity of the Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEMS)
Provides customer assistance to unit and detachment/operating location personnel as a member of the Commander's Support Staff
Assists with unit personnel/administrative programs and other programs deemed essential by the commander, such as:
Sponsorship
Classification actions
Duty status accounts
Manages and processes squadron awards and decorations
Executes Building Facility Management Program
Provides consultation, subject matter expertise, and advice to customer and/or company
Supports the client with other support staff-related needs as requested
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
BA and 6+ years? professional work experience with 2+ years in an IG or Command Staff Support-type role or 10+ years? professional work experience with 5+ years in an IG or Command Staff Support-type role
Recent experience within last 7 years using MICT, IGEMS, and AF Personnel/Administrative programs and systems
Proficiency with MS Office products
Active TS/SCI government security clearance
Education:
Bachelor?s Degree or Associates Degree with 2 Years of additional experience
