*Duties:*

* Assist with various medical procedures, such as wound care, IV infusion, and tube feeding
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs
* Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
* Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
*Requirements:*
* Valid LPN license in the state of *NM*
* Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Proficiency in performing sterile processing techniques
* Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding principles
* Ability to provide quality patient care with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in an emergency room or critical care setting (ER)
* Knowledge of infant care practices
* Familiarity with discharge planning processes
