```Duties```
- Perform maintenance and repair services on various types of appliances and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Install new tanks, appliances and equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Both jobs have rotating after hours responsibilities and some Saturdays required.
Salary to be determined based on experience.
