HUD Section 8 Property Manager opening in Clovis, New Mexico
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· One Site experience preferred and Microsoft Office.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience including HUD/Tax Credit preferred
Knowledge preferred
*Ability to supervise staff and oversee completion of service requests/inspections, etc.

Willingness to understand, analyze, and evaluate financial statements and write reports in a clear, concise form.
*Oversee, approve and prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

*Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition through site tours/visits and telephone surveys.
Prepare marketing reports as required.
*
*Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, vendors, and supervisors in written and verbal form.
*
*Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization and delinquency management program.

*Take reasonable efforts to see that property complies with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the business.

· Pay based on skills/qualifications.
· Work hours: 40 hrs per week.
Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm
· Must pass drug screen and background test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.
