As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and informative experience,.
Duties: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences - Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Handle cash and maintain proper cash handling procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge - Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to customers - Upsell products to increase sales revenue Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or similar field (electronics sales, technology sales) -6 Months-1 Year Cannabis Industry Experience - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions - Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
