*Position to be filled:* * *General Manager* *All Applicants MUST be:* * \*\*\*21+ w/valid DL * Reliable * Hard working * Self-Driven/Motivated * Passionate * Able to pass background check * Be able to work as a team *All Applicants MUST have:* * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Reliable source of transportation * Ability to stand for a long period of time (Advise if accommodations are required) * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work efficiently and accurately * Scheduling experience * Excellent cash handling skills * A positive attitude * Keen strategic thinking and planning * Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring * Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening * Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills * Good organization and time management * Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment * In-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry *Experience:* * Customer Service: 2+ years * Cash handling: 2+ years * Inventory management 2+ years * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
